Robert A. Carichoff
Experience
Robert has been practicing law as a trial lawyer in the areas of employment and business matters for many years. He has successfully tried numerous civil cases before both judges and juries. He has also represented clients on several occasions before the California Labor Commissioner.
He began his career working at law firms of national and regional prominence. During those years, he was mentored by some of the finest lawyers in the country.
Early in his legal career, Robert had the rare opportunity to serve as a judicial extern to United States District Court Judge Thomas J. Whelan in the Southern District of California. He also enjoyed the academic distinction of working as a Lead Articles Editor of the San Diego Law Review during law school.
Admissions
Robert was admitted by the California Supreme Court to practice law in all courts of the state. He has also been admitted to practice before each of California's United States District Courts.
